Become a Member

At Victory, we are dedicated to God's vision to see people reconciled to Himself and to each other. We are intentional about cultivating a gathering of believers, and one of the ways we do that is through our 3-part membership process.

The membership process includes these 3 courses:

First Sundays | 3pm | Virtual

This one-hour virtual class introduces you to the tenets of our Christian faith. During the course, you'll hear the Gospel and learn practical ways to live as a Christian, like how to read your Bible, tell your testimony, and pray.

Asynchronous

This series of six videos gives an in-depth look at the history, covering, mission, and vision of Victory. You'll hear from our pastoral team about how God has faithfully maintained His vision for Victory and how He'll sustain us moving forward.

Third Sundays | 3pm | Walker

This two-hour in-person class provides clear teaching about the Holy Spirit, His role at Victory, and how His power fuels our culture. Join with others to learn what it looks like to live a Spirit-empowered life.

Membership creates a people who share the following characteristics:

Aligned Priorities. We demonstrate our alignment with God's call to see people reconciled to God and to each other on the campuses and in the communities in Charlottesville.
Articulated Culture. We intentionally cultivate a culture of people who glorify God, grow in discipleship, gather together, grieve in community, give generously and sacrificially, and go boldly to proclaim the Gospel.
Accepted Responsibility. We are active in our mission to demonstrate, deliver, disciple, and deploy. We are obedient to God's Word and we live as lights in the darkness.
