WHY VICTORY GROUPS?

• We need each other (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).

• So we are not hardened by sin's deceitfulness (Hebrews 3:13)

• We grow in community (Ephesians 4:16)

• Pattern of the early church (Acts 2)

• Increases educational impact

• Accessible to all

• Sharpens church-wide focus

 

WHY LEAD?

• Serve Christ (Colossians 3:23-23)

• Use your gifts to serve others (Ephesians 4:11-13)

• Model the message of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:19-21)

WHY DEVELOP AN APPRENTICE?

• ​Teammates matter (Luke 10:1)

• Identify and develop new leaders constantly  (2 Tim 2:2; Romans 16:1-16)

• Each Victory group will use the same study questions to guide discussion. .

TIMING

• Victory groups meet weekly

• Victory groups meet during the fall and spring semesters. 

• Groups begin and end together 

• During summer months, short-term Victory groups and classes will be offered

• Informal gatherings are also encouraged
